A classroom could be on wheels for at-risk youths and adults

"The “five keys” that the school is named for are education, employment, recovery, family, and community. The school, the first in the nation to open in a jail, has about 2,000 active students. They show up at different places academically, move at varying speeds, disappear and reappear at idiosyncratic intervals."
