Drug testing on mice or other animals could lead to unreliable results

"Clearly, mice are not the perfect model of every human disease, but scientists still use them to study most ailments out of convenience. To fully replicate complex diseases in mice, researchers would have to know exactly which genes are mutated in humans and make these same mutations to a mouse’s genome. Unfortunately, this knowledge is not usually available."
