Herbs could be the salad

"Think beyond your usual lettuce or kale and try using herbs as your greens. You can do this with any leafy herb you want. For this salad, I threw together mâche, frisée, arugula, mint, Italian parsley, dill, cilantro, and basil. Then I added some walnuts for crunch and protein, and some juicy raisins, then tossed the whole mélange with liberal amounts of fruity olive oil and lemon juice. All the herbs created a really bright, unique flavor that you can't get with a normal mixed salad."
