Foster siblings could stay together

"Determining why children are placed apart from their siblings is crucial to designing policy initiatives and programs to address the problem of sibling separation. Studies show that size and age of the sibling group, the diversity of needs presented by individual children in the group, and serial entry into care are all directly correlated with likelihood of separation."
