How Organizations could be different



People could work for non-hierarchal DAOs and get paid in tokens

Treasurers could be utilized more in organizations

Some jobs could be pointless

Management could be by walking around (gemba)

Organizations could have too many managers

"Embedded growth obligations" could distort capitalism and market efficiency

Upward appraisals / 360 feedback could improve managers, executives, and employees

Misconduct, harassment, or discrimination could be reported on the #NotMe app

An ombuds office or dispute-resolution system could better address harassment, complaints, and corruption

Companies/organizations could have multiple CEOs/presidents

Layoffs could be avoided during downturns

Individuals who commit or allow corporate fraud could face consequences

Good leaders could make people feel safe

HR recruiting / job searching could be done by staffing agencies

Organizations could offer "returnships" for people to return-to-work

Salaries could be transparent / previous history could not be asked

Workdays and work weeks could be shorter

A checklist could be used for greater efficiency, consistency, and safety

Employees could be offered sabbaticals

Workers could be on corporate boards
