A "Nation Building Best Practices Model" could be used in international development

"We haven't taken the time to develop a Nation Building Best Practices Model, a complete blue print that touches on all of the elements/components needed which are fully integrated contributing to the master plan. Right now the world approach is best portrayed by the pursuit of the Millennium Development Goals - Eight 'stove pipe' programs, which have produced some positive results in a stand alone fashion but they have failed to build each nation in a holistic manner."
