Healthy school meals could be free for children

"Children who are hungry cannot learn. They cannot concentrate. They are more likely to be absent and tardy. They get “hunger headaches.” And they often have a hard time behaving in class. All of the federal, state, and local dollars spent in the United States on education are wasted if classrooms have hungry students."
