Vending machines / ATMs could sell processed, safe milk / foods from small farmers

"We are rebuilding the informal dairy value chain by providing a mobile accounting application to informal dairy traders, then purchasing their milk. After we process the milk, we sell it through a network of milk dispensing machines called milk ATMs, which we install in shops in urban and peri-urban centers in Kenya. By building efficiencies in the value chain, we are able to capture large margins while helping customers access high-quality, safe milk at 40% cheaper than alternatives and giving farmers almost twice the value for their milk than any other dairy buying organization."
