ProZorro could improve government contracting / corruption

'Everyone sees everything.'...Why doesn’t the UK, or indeed any other developed country, have a procurement system like ProZorro? The answer, as ever, is complicated – but the simplest reason is that it requires rebuilding everything from the ground up."
